drew michael: red blue green

In September of 2021, I received a call from Tyler Condon and Matthew Vaughan, the Producers of HBO’s second Drew Michael comedy special “red blue green”. Drew and I designed over the phone and video calls for a couple weeks, and with the help of Construction Coordinator Steve Hull, Set Decorator Eric Frankel, and the rest of the Chicago crew, we pulled together a dark, broody, industrial comedy club… with a slight twist.
